2 pork chops
1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
1 (6 ounce) package uncooked wild rice
3 cups water

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Brown pork chops in a medium skillet over medium heat. In a medium bowl combine the soup mix and rice. Mix together and spread in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Lay browned chops on top of rice. Pour water over all, gently. Cover dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until internal temperature of pork has reached 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).

Creamy Chicken
This recipe only has 5 ingredients and you probably already have them in the house. That makes this super simple to throw together. It's perfect for a weeknight! Makes 4 servings.
Ingredients
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup

Easy Ham and Noodles

2 cups cooked egg noodles

1/2 cup cubed Cheddar cheese

Teriyaki Chicken
This is a easy way to make take out at home. There are only 5 ingredients! Instead of using a whole chicken, I used boneless, skinless breasts and cut them up in small pieces and served over rice. My family loved it! Makes 6 servings.
Ingredients
1 (3 pound) whole chicken, cut in half
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
2 cloves garlic, minced
Directions
Rinse chicken halves, and pat dry with paper towels. Place chicken cut side down in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine sugar, soy sauce, grated ginger and garlic. Mix well, and pour mixture over chicken. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Bake chicken uncovered in the preheated oven for 1 hour, basting frequently. Test for doneness, making sure there is no pink left in the meat. Let cool slightly, then cut into smaller pieces to serve.

I love a good crock pot recipe especially on a Sunday when we've been having thunderstorms all day. This recipe literally takes 5 minutes to throw together and it makes your house smell delicious! Makes 8 servings.
Ingredients
2 pounds chuck roast
1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
1 (.75 ounce) packet dry brown gravy mix
1 1/2 cups apple juice
Directions
Slow Cooker instructions: Place stew beef, onion soup mix, brown gravy mix, and apple juice into a slow cooker, and cook on Low for 5 to 8 hours.
Oven instructions: Mix together the apple juice, onion soup mix, and brown gravy mix in a casserole dish. Add stew beef, and cook covered for 2 1/2 to 3 hours in a 325 degree oven.( 165 degrees C)

Pumpkin Fluff Dip
I made this dip for a Halloween party and served it with graham crackers. It tastes just like pumpkin pie with cool whip all mixed together. Yum! Makes 32 servings.

Bacon Wrapped Pork Chops
This is another simple, low maintenance recipe. I used toothpicks to keep the bacon on in the oven. Delicious! Makes 6 servings.

6 (1 inch thick) boneless pork chops
6 tablespoons process cheese sauce
12 slices bacon
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Fry the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until cooked through but still flexible. Wrap two slices of bacon around each pork chop and top with a tablespoon of cheese sauce. Place the pork chops in a baking dish.
Bake for 1 hour in the preheated oven.

Easy Barbeque Beef Tenderloin Steak
This steak was delicious and so simple to make! With a tenderloin cut, you really don't need to do much. This was just enough for flavor perfection. Makes 2 servings.
Ingredients
2 (2 inch thick) steaks beef tenderloin
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves crushed garlic
1 teaspoon meat tenderizer

Preheat grill for medium high heat.

1 small onion, quartered
1/4 cup chopped fresh rosemary

Slow Cooker Sauerkraut and Sausage

Ingredients
1 (20 ounce) can sauerkraut
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 pounds ground pork sausage
1 onion, sliced

In a medium bowl, combine the sauerkraut and brown sugar. then place in slow cooker. Arrange the sausage and onion over the sauerkraut.
Cook on high for two hours, check for dryness, adding some water if necessary, then reduce to low setting, and cook on low for two more hours.

Fried Garlic Pasta
This recipe is so easy to make. And it's fast too which makes it great for a weeknight meal. My husband loved it! Makes 6 servings.
Ingredients
1 pound angel hair pasta
2 cups olive oil for frying
2 bulbs garlic, peeled and diced
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat until a piece of garlic dropped into the oil slowly bubbles. Add the garlic, and cook and stir until golden brown, 5 to 7 minutes. Remove garlic from the oil with a slotted spoon and set aside; reserve oil.
To serve, place the pasta onto individual serving dishes and sprinkle with fried garlic. Drizzle with a little of the frying oil and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Reserve remaining garlic-flavored oil for another use.

Farfalle with Marinated Grilled Chicken
This is a nice, simple summer grilling recipe that does not disappoint. Makes 6 servings.
Ingredients
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
3/4 cup Wish-Bone® Italian Dressing
1 (24 ounce) jar Bertolli® Tomato and Basil Sauce, heated
1 (16 ounce) box farfalle or penne pasta, cooked and drained
Directions
Combine chicken with 1/2 cup Dressing in shallow bowl; toss to coat. Cover and marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes.
Remove chicken from marinade, discarding marinade. Grill or broil chicken, turning once and brushing frequently with remaining 1/4 cup Dressing, 20 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
Spoon Sauce over hot farfalle and top with sliced chicken. Garnish, if desired, with additional parsley.

3 pounds pork shoulder
2 (1 ounce) packages taco seasoning mix
chili powder to taste
crushed red pepper to taste

Place pork shoulder in a slow cooker with taco seasoning. If desired, add chili powder and/or red pepper flakes. Add water until meat is covered. Place lid on pot and cook on low for 8 hours.
Remove pork shoulder from pot and shred.

Tasty Bake Chicken
This is so simple to make. Just about 5 minutes of prep before you can put it in the oven. And I can honestly say the whole family loved it! Makes 4 servings.
Ingredients
4 chicken breast halves, bone in
1 (.7 ounce) package dry Italian-style salad dressing mix
2 tablespoons cold water
2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Empty contents of salad dressing mix package into a small bowl. Add water and mix well, then stir in olive oil and mix again. Note: DO NOT add vinegar as per package instructions.
Place chicken breasts 'wrong side up' in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Put 1/2 teaspoon of the dressing mixture on each breast and spread over the surface.
Bake at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 15 to 25 minutes, depending on the size of the breasts. Turn breasts over and spoon remaining mixture on to the topside. Bake for another 15 to 20 minutes, or until tops are golden brown and chicken is cooked through (juices run clear).

Sausage Potato Bake
This is so easy because there are only 4 ingredients. It's great comfort food for the winter time too. You can make it in the crock pot or in the oven. I chose the crock pot. Makes 6 servings.
Ingredients
8 cups cubed potatoes
1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed vegetable beef soup
Directions
For oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a 4 quart casserole dish, combine the potatoes, kielbasa OR sausage, mushroom soup and vegetable beef soup. Mix together well.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 1/2 hours.
For slow cooker: Place the potatoes, kielbasa OR sausage, mushroom soup and vegetable soup in a slow cooker.
Cook on low setting for 6 to 8 hours.
