What's for Dinner?

I made this last night and it was delicious. I used strawberry jello instead of orange and put cool whip and fresh srawberries on top. Yum! And it's incredibly simple to make! Makes 12 servings.

Ingredients
1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
1 (3 ounce) package orange flavored gelatin mix
4 eggs
3/4 cup vegetable oil
2/3 cup water

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
In a large bowl, stir together cake mix and gelatin mix. Make a well in the center and pour in eggs, oil and water. Mix well and pour into a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool.
